Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and preferences. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the medical team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and recovery processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant nursing authority. Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and patient care practices. Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory for newly qualified nurses. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in managing patient care tasks.

Pay: 16.00-24.89 per hour
