Location: CF5 1FH
Employment Type: Full-Time (36 hours per week)
Shifts Available: Days and Nights
Salary: Starting from 19.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) for full-time positions on both day and night shifts. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care in accordance with NMC standards and company policies. Take charge of the shift when required, ensuring effective coordination of the care team. Administer and record medication accurately. Assess, plan, and implement person-centred care for residents. Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and families to promote a positive and caring environment.
Requirements:
Valid NMC PIN and current registration. Prior experience working in a nursing home environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and leadership skills.
