Conifers Nursing Home provides Nursing and Dementia Care up to 55 residents
Your role will involve supporting people with their daily lives and promoting independence Duties will include all aspects of Nursing care for residents, along with other daily living activities Duties will include medication management, tissue viability and dementia care

About you
