Job Description
This job requires you to work overnight for the district nursing service. You will provide holistic care for patients in their own homes and other community settings, such as residential care homes. You will work in pairs during the overnight period and are part of a Urgent Crisis Responce Service where you will receive phonecalls via the Single Point of Access with visits you will attend. The calls will be variable in nature and the calls received will range from patients, familes and carers to 111 and NEAS
