Job Description
We are seeking a caring and professional Registered Nurse to join our nursing home team. The post holder will deliver safe, effective, person-centred care to our residents, support staff, and work in accordance with CQC standards and NMC Code of Practice.
Key Duties:
Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualised care plans Administer medications and treatments safely in line with NMC / organisational policy Carry out wound care, observations, and clinical interventions as required Document all care accurately and timely Escalate any changes in condition to GP / advanced practitioner / management Provide leadership and support to HCAs on shift Participate in handovers, audits, and MDT discussions Maintain infection prevention, safeguarding, and resident safety standards Promote dignity, choice, independence, and a positive homely environment
Requirements:
NMC registration Up-to-date mandatory training / clinical competencies Experience in care homes or older adults preferred Good communication and clinical decision-making skills

Pay: 20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
