Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Learning Disabilities Specialist

Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire (S44)

Salary: 38,010 per annum (competitive)

Shift Pattern: Full-time (37.5 hrs) - Flexible mix of days/nights

We're seeking a passionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our specialist learning disabilities service in Chesterfield. If you're an NMC-registered nurse who wants to make a real difference, this role offers the chance to work with an established MDT while developing specialist skills.

### Your Impact:

- Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to adults with learning disabilities

- Work flexibly across days and nights to provide 24/7 specialist support

- Develop personalised care plans with our multidisciplinary team (MDT)

- Champion patient-centered care using trauma-informed approaches

- Lead on medication administration and physical health monitoring

- Support patients through therapeutic interventions and positive behaviour support

### We Need You To Have:

Active NMC PIN registration as an RMN

Understanding of learning disability care (training provided for the right candidate)

Passion for mental health nursing and patient advocacy

Flexibility for rotational shifts (days/nights)
