We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
Registered Nurse
to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to residents, supporting their wellbeing, and maintaining excellent clinical standards across day and night shifts.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care. Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records. Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to their needs. Support care staff to ensure high standards of care.
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of nursing home experience. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
Qualification:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. Updated DBS check.
Note:
We are
