Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to any changes in their condition. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care. Proven experience in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in nursing practice.

Pay: 14.69-23.85 per hour
