Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with NMC standards.
Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records.
Lead and support care teams to ensure effective, compassionate service delivery.
Develop and implement individualised care plans.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Valid
NMC registration
as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Minimum
2 years of nursing experience
in the UK, including in a
care home setting
.
Proven
leadership skills
and the ability to supervise and motivate a care team.
Strong communication, organisational, and clinical decision-making skills.
A caring, professional, and person-centred approach to nursing.

Pay: 17.00-19.00 per hour
