We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
Registered Nurse
to join our team. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, providing leadership within the nursing team, and ensuring excellent clinical standards in a care home environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and person-centred nursing care. Provide leadership and support to care staff. Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records. Monitor residents' health and wellbeing and respond to their needs.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in the UK, including care home experience. Strong leadership and communication skills
