Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care tailored to individual patient needs. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care practices and principles. In-depth understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Proficient in medication administration techniques and protocols. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate approach towards patient care with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
