Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the appropriate medical staff. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements



Valid registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care. Proven experience in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A compassionate approach towards patient care with a commitment to improving health outcomes.
