Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to established protocols and standards.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and timing. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care. Proven experience in medication administration with a focus on safety and efficacy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Compassionate approach towards patient care with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
