About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) to join our friendly team at a well-established Nursing Home in Witham (CM8).

As a key member of our clinical team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring that the highest standards of clinical practice, dignity, and compassion are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care and clinical leadership to the care team. Assess, plan, and deliver individualised care plans tailored to residents' needs. Administer medications safely and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation. Ensure compliance with CQC, NMC, and company care standards. Support, mentor, and guide care staff to promote best practices. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD). Previous experience in a Nursing Home setting is essential. Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A compassionate and professional approach to patient care.
