We are recruiting two Registered Nurses to join our lovely team and provide exceptional care to our residents with chronic conditions.

Essential Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have:

A valid nursing license Excellent communication skills - providing information to residents and families A collaborative approach - liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure best care delivery for residents A passion for providing quality care in line with best practice, policies and procedure, agreed standards and legislative requirements A team player developing effective relationships with colleagues Supervisory skills -leading the care staff

Responsibilities:

Assess resident's health and provide appropriate medical care. Monitor resident's condition and progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician. Maintain accurate resident records and provide regular reviews of care plans. Perform diagnostic tests and analyse results. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care plans. Support the Manager and Deputy Manager to provide a home for our residents that promotes a safe, caring environment through high standards of professional practice. Act as a supportive and effective leader for the care team

Experience:

Problem solving - able to adapt and address situations quickly Experience of working in similar environments Experience of working in similar supervisory roles Experience of working with service users - Involve Service Users, families, external agencies and colleagues Knowledge of rota planning Understand person-centered care
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 23.08 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
