Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety guidelines. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

Valid registration as a nurse with the appropriate regulatory body. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Proficiency in medication administration techniques and protocols. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
