What you can add:



Undertake clinical and operational responsibilities within the Adult Mental Health Team, using systems to document activities and manage caseloads. Assist in managing and developing the team, including recruiting staff and implementing services, ensuring team members are trained. Contribute to the development and implementation of a performance management system, to monitor performance and generate reports. Line manages, supervise, and appraise key workers, ensuring their professional development is maintained and activities. Ensure effective joint working with statutory and voluntary agencies, using systems to coordinate interagency projects and ensure responsive service delivery._

The role will involve but not be limited to you performing the above.

What you'll need:



A recorded/registered qualification in one of the following - nursing, social work, occupational therapy

Ability to organise own time and diary and that of junior staff and learners. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with relevant parties
