Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate
Registered Nurse
to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a clinical setting.Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
Skills
Proficient in patient care practices In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology Competent in medication administration procedures
