Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients' health status by conducting physical examinations and reviewing medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Skills

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Proficient in medication administration techniques and protocols. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and documentation. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being capable of independent decision-making. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
