Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Duties

Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and preferences. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, intravenous therapy, and other nursing interventions. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification and registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body. Proven experience in medication administration and a solid understanding of anatomy. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: 25.00-35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
