Overview

Bughties Nursing Home is part of the Enhance Healthcare group.

We provide care to 28 frail elderly residents. A small Tudor style building in the heart of residential area in Broughty Ferry. We enjoy many of the original character features of the building and wonderful views over extensive gardens and the River Tay.

An opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Registered Nurse, part time working a minimum of 22.5hrs per week. Ideally willing to rotate between day and night shift.

Shifts are:

day - 07.45 till 20.00hrs

Night - 19.45 till 08.00 hrs

Aim of post:

To provide Nursing Care in accordance with current best practice, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager, to promote privacy and dignity, whilst enhancing independence, rehabilitation and personal choice.

Ensure care is delivered in collaboration with residents, their family and representatives as appropriate and members of the multi-disciplinary team.

Supervise staff to ensure the shifts run smoothly, making sure all work is carried out in an organised and efficient manner.

Experience in a similar care setting is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20.09 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week
