Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and ensuring the well-being of patients in a clinical setting. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.

Duties

Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised patient care strategies Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations Assist in the coordination of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills

Qualifications

Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient care practices Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and physiology Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment Empathetic approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: 25.00-30.52 per hour
