We're currently seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team, providing high-quality, one-to-one care for a male client in his own home in High Littleton.

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide tailored, person-centred care, ensuring the client's complex health needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality nursing care in a home setting Administering medication via PEG/Jejunostomy Supporting personal care, mobility, and daily living routines Monitoring health status and responding to clinical changes Keeping detailed and accurate care documentation Liaising with GPs, consultants, and healthcare professionals Contributing to care plan development and ongoing reviews Promoting a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Providing emotional support and guidance to the client and their family

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a clinically skilled, compassionate individual who is confident working independently and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Essential Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin Experience in complex care, community or domiciliary settings (preferred) Confident in PEG/Jejunostomy care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing care needs
