We are seeking a compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our team. This part-time position involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive care home environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with care plans. Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records. Support care staff to ensure high standards of care. Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to their needs promptly.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a care home setting. Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Qualification:
RGN/RMN with valid NMC registration.
Note:
We are
