Tudor lodge is a lovely place to work with all the latest equipment, the bedrooms are large with full ensuite shower rooms.

Brief description:

To oversee the residents' medical needs and ensure all their care needs are being met. To run each shift, by managing a team of care assistants and domestic staff to assist with the smooth running of the home. To keep all residents records up to date and help explain the systems the home operates to new and existing members of staff on an ongoing basis. Encourage residents to participate in various activities.
