# Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our clinical team at our nursing home in Filey. This is a key role for a confident Staff Nurse with substantial nursing home experience and a passion for delivering exceptional elderly care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be a clinical expert on the floor, working autonomously during day shifts and collaborating closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the highest standards of care. If you are an RGN with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' experience, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.

# Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding, person-centred nursing care to our elderly residents, acting as a senior Staff Nurse*.

Confidently and safely conduct medication rounds*, ensuring full compliance and meticulous documentation.

Work autonomously and proactively without direct supervision, using your initiative to manage clinical care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans for residents.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including the Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead*.

Supervise and support junior members of the care team, promoting best practices in clinicalcare.
Maintain accurate and timely records in line with NMCstandards and guidelines.
# Qualifications & Experience Required

Valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN)*.

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an RGN within a UK nursing home or care homeenvironment.
Extensive and demonstrable experience in leading and managing medication rounds*.

The ability to work autonomously, making sound clinical decisions and managing your own workload.
A strong, compassionate nature and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality elderly care*.

This role is for experienced nurses only*; we are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running.
