Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized patient care. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Manage and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and preventative care. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations. Ensure best practices in health and safety protocols. Work effectively both collaboratively and independently within teams.

Requirements

Valid NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Dedication to high standards of patient-centered care.
