Registered Nurse (full & Part Time)
Job Description
The Martin Trust is a small Nursing Home in the centre of Glengormley that provide loving care to people with profound learning and physical disabilities. At present we have 18 Residents living in the Home and as a registered charity we have always prioritized care over profit and pride ourselves on providing and retaining high staff ratios to ensure each Resident receive the best care possible.
We wish to employ a Permanent, Full Time and Part Time Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. Duties include administering medication, keeping accurate medical records, supervising care staff and liaising with relatives and medical practitioners and ensuring that our very high standard of care is achieved and maintained.
Our ideal candidate will be:
A qualified nurse with a valid NMC pin number
Have 2 years nursing experience with a genuine passion to improve the lives of the people they care for.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (a fun outlook and sense of humour are always a bonus)
Be able to work positively and effectively as part of a like minded team
We offer competitive wages:
23.09 per hour day rate plus additional 5.77 per hour for any Overtime or Night Duty hours worked and additional 11.54 per hour on Bank Holidays
NMC Fees Paid
Annual Leave: 5 weeks + 10BH
Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week
Part-time hours: minimum of 20 hours per week
Please note we do not support visas.
