Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols in all patient interactions.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.
