We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering medications. Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Experience
A valid nursing qualification with registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while also demonstrating initiative in independent tasks.
