Duties

Provide high-quality patient care by assessing patients' needs and developing individualised care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' conditions, documenting any changes and reporting them to the appropriate medical staff. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

Valid nursing registration with the relevant regulatory body. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient care decisions. Proven experience in patient care settings, demonstrating effective medication administration skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathise with patients and their families. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of nursing practice.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: 25.00-31.24 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 48 per week
