Duties

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment and monitoring of vital signs. Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices, with a focus on delivering compassionate care. Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Expertise in medication administration, including knowledge of pharmacology and potential side effects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Pay: 25.00-30.00 per hour
