Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our night care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is confident in their clinical abilities and can work independently while providing high-quality care.Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care during night shifts. Administer medications and manage medication rounds efficiently. Monitor residents' health, responding appropriately to changes in condition. Work independently and take responsibility for clinical decisions. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NMC and CQC standards. Collaborate with care staff to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
Valid NMC registration
(RGN or RMN). Minimum2 years' nursing experience
, preferably in a care home or similar setting. Competent in medication administration and clinical procedures. Ability to work independently and without supervision. Up-to-dateDBS check
. Strong communication and organisational skills.What We Offer
