Pay: 24.00-43.50 per hour

Main Responsibilities

Work across a variety of client settings. Assess and evaluate patient health conditions and needs. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care. Adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records. Promote best practices as a Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN in health and safety and security. Work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Must have a valid NMC Pin and UK Nursing Experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices.

1,000 to 1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN)
