Location:

Community role, based at St Clare Hospice, Hastingwood, CM17 9JX, delivering care in the community across West Essex


Salary:

31,815 - 37,816 per annum (depending on experience) and inclusive of 5% High-Cost Area Allowance (Pro-rata for part time hours)


Hours:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week (part time applications will be considered)


Shift pattern

: Long Day 08:00 - 20:00 Early 08:00 - 16:00 and Late 12:00 -20:00

We are currently recruiting to the Hospice at Home team where patients and their families are at the heart of everything we do.
