Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services in a Care home setting. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and proficiency in medication administration, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Administer medications accurately and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting all relevant information regarding treatment and progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care measures. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both resident and staff. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or care home setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as medication administration protocols. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with resident and their families. A compassionate approach to nursing, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards residents' needs.
