Job Role
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Registered Nurse to join our professional team. You will play a key role in ensuring that residents receive safe, effective, and dignified care that promotes independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care in line with residents' individual care plans.
Administer medications safely and maintain accurate clinical records.
Lead and support care staff to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Promote a culture of respect, choice, and inclusion for all residents.
Liaise with GP services, allied health professionals, and families to support holistic care delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice, policies, and CQC standards.
Skills and Experience required
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current NMC PIN.
Passionate about delivering person-centred care to older adults.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Previous experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential; full training and support are provided.
