Registered Nurse

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Salary: \xc2\xa334,900 per annum

Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours available - permanent

Shifts: 12.5-hour shifts, 07:30 - 8:00, 7:30 - 08:00

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced RMN or RNLD to join a High dependency rehabilitation service. Providing 38 beds to Males and Female patients with enduring Mental Health needs. Also providing specialist Huntington\'s disease and dementia care for patients living with neurodegenerative conditions.

Located in Hertfordshire, the service works collaboratively with patients to provide person centred care, improve quality of lives and help achieve the highest level of independence.

Split across three gender specific wards-

Ward 1, 12 bedded female rehabilitation ward

Ward 2, 15 bedded male rehabilitation ward

Ward 3, 11 bedded ward for older males

Job role:

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will offer safe and supportive rehabilitation for service users, delivering exceptional holistic person-centred care.

Participate in the development of care pathways whilst supporting your colleagues with a can-do attitude and effective communication skills.

Access development opportunities and continue to build upon your nursing skills for management and leadership development.
