Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care, support patient wellbeing, and contribute to a safe and professional healthcare environment. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and lead by example in delivering person-centred care.
Key Duties
Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care in line with individual needs Administer medication and treatments safely Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns as necessary Maintain accurate records and care documentation Supervise healthcare assistants and support staff Communicate effectively with patients, families, and health professionals Uphold infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety practices Support audits, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) Experience in hospital, care home, or community settings Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-standard care
