What You'll Be Doing.....



You'll play a lead role in delivering high?quality nursing care ensuring our residents are supported, safe and happy.

You will:



Provide excellent clinical care and complete effective assessments Lead and support the team, promoting best practice and safe working Oversee care plans, ensuring they are accurate, personalised and up to date Work collaboratively with the NHS MDT and rehabilitation teams Administer medication safely and in line with NMC guidelines Maintain clear communication and a professional, caring approach Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Ensure smooth, comprehensive handovers between shifts

What We're Looking For...



Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN At least 1 year of nursing experience Care home experience is desirable--but not essential Strong attention to detail and commitment to outstanding clinical practice A warm, engaging approach with a genuine interest in our residents A team player with a great sense of humour Positive, proactive and forward?thinking attitude Experience in writing and reviewing care plans
