We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our care team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote the best outcomes for each individual in our care.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and supervise high standards of nursing care. Administer medication safely and maintain accurate documentation. Assess, plan, and evaluate individualised care plans. Support and guide care staff to ensure effective teamwork and quality service delivery. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN. Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a care or nursing home environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of best practices in nursing care. Commitment to maintaining a safe and caring environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
