We are seeking a dedicated and skilled
Registered Nurse
to join our team in Hove. This is anight shift position (fixed shifts only)
, providing high-quality clinical and personal care to residents alongside a team of care assistants.Key Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Willingness to assist care assistants with continence care and other support duties. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to all residents. Administer and record medications in line with NMC standards. Support and supervise care assistants throughout the night. Ensure a calm, comfortable, and secure environment for residents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 21.00 per hour
