We are seeking a skilled
Registered Nurse
to join our night team. This role involves providing high-quality clinical care, supporting care assistants with continence care, and ensuring residents' safety and wellbeing during night shifts.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care. Support care assistants with continence care and other resident needs. Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records. Cover additional night shifts as required for holidays or staff shortages.
Experience Required:
Previous nursing experience in a care home or similar setting. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with care staff.
Qualification:
Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Note:
We are
