As a registered nurse, you will have the time and space to deliver and coordinate truly holistic, high-quality palliative and end-of-life care, putting dignity, compassion, and individual needs at the heart of everything we do.

Hours: 36 hours per week over 7 days (with flexibility to work days and nights) Part time hours considered.


Salary: 31,833 - 35,025 (FTE) - Dependent on palliative care experience

What is the role?



As an IPU Nurse, you'll play a key role in our multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality palliative and end-of-life care. You'll support patients and families during one of life's most important journeys--with compassion, skill, and empathy.


You'll deliver care with:

Clinical excellence and evidence-based practice Skilled symptom management and holistic and emotional support A person-centred approach that honours the person, not just the diagnosis Partnership with families and carers, through even the most complex journeys Working in a multidisciplinary team including doctors, therapists, and social workers

Experience in palliative, hospice, oncology, or complex care (desirable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and compassionate approach to patient care Strong communication and clinical skills
