Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting health, preventing illness, and providing care for patients across various settings.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily activities. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes. Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice. Proven experience in medication administration within a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing patient care tasks. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in nursing practice.

Pay: 25.00-31.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
