We are looking for a dedicated
Staff Nurse
to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, primarily in a nursing home or elderly care setting, ensuring their wellbeing and safety at all times.Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective nursing care in line with care plans and best practice. Administer medication and monitor residents' health. Maintain accurate records and reports on residents' progress. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and care regulations.
Requirements
NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience. Experience in nursing homes or elderly care preferred. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
