We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for adverse reactions. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided and changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient care decisions. Proven experience in patient care settings, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of working independently when required. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in clinical documentation. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in nursing practice.
