Duties

Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and organisational standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients. Uphold infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications

Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to nursing practice. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
