We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our team in NR33. This full-time position offers a mix of day and night shifts and is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in line with professional, regulatory, and legal requirements. Administer medication and manage care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents. Maintain clear and accurate records. Support and mentor junior staff.
Requirements:
NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Prior experience as a Registered Nurse. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sound clinical knowledge and judgement.
