We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join a well-established nursing home inKilmarnock (KA3)
. This is anights-only
position for 33 hours per week.The ideal candidate must have
previous nursing home experience
and be confident in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents.Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents during night shifts Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines Complete and update care plans, risk assessments, and documentation Oversee healthcare assistants and ensure high standards of practice Respond effectively to emergencies and manage clinical situations overnight Maintain professional and compassionate communication with residents, families, and colleagues Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies

Valid NMC Registration - RGN Only
?
Must have previous nursing home experience
? Strong clinical skills and confident decision-making
? Excellent communication and leadership abilities
? Ability to work independently throughout the night
